However, moving to Scotland exposed me to cold air that exacerbated my asthma, leading to significant health challenges. After battling medication side effects and hospital visits, I found a new treatment. A pulmonary rehabilitation program provided essential insights on managing my condition. Ultimately, I learned to seek solutions rather than succumb to negativity due to environmental impacts on my health.
