In 2023, I finally regained full use of my ankle after extensive rehabilitation, allowing me to enjoy walking. However, moving to Scotland exposed me to cold air that exacerbated my asthma, leading to significant health challenges. After battling medication side effects and hospital visits, I found a new treatment. A pulmonary rehabilitation program provided essential insights on managing my condition. Ultimately, I learned to seek solutions rather than succumb to negativity due to environmental impacts on my health.
