Salty’s Journey

I thought as I mentioned Salty in my last post I would share a post Ellie, my daughter wrote a year ago when Salty trans-located. Just to add that we knew her to be quite an anxious cat with a very feisty nature when she came to live with us. We got bitten and scratched quite a bit. Maybe it’s because we had 2 exuberant dogs as well. Now that she’s living in Scotland I think she is much calmer and more adjusted than when she was living with in South Africa, although she always seems very happy to see us when we come to visit.

Take care, and have a good weekend.

    • Thank you so much for reading our posts. She looks like a darling, butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth but I have to go onto antibiotics for a bite wound that nicked the sheath around the tendon in my hand which went septic… But I always tell her that it’s because of her inner warrior cat that she’s got to where she is 😂. But I do worry about our guests because she always parades her darlingness past them like a walking trap. 😊

    • Yes I agree with you, it’s hard for them to understand what’s going on. I am so happy to be part of her life still. We lost 2 dogs and one cat to old age and I still feel very sad when I think they are not here with me. 🙋‍♀️😼
