We have two weeks till the end of the year. The Family are coming to visit for Christmas and Derek takes some well deserved leave. I’m going to be somewhat distracted by living in the moment and savouring it all with family and friends. I wish you all a wonderful holiday season, whether it’s Chanukah or the winter solstice coming up or Christmas… And any other celebrations I might have left out. I pray you will feel blessed and refreshed.
I’m going to take the opportunity to personally detox from social media and develop some new healthy habits.
