What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?
Tomorrow is fruit day for me. My priority is to make elderberries vinegar and also apple sauce from apples given to me by a neighbour. I love contemplating who will get to enjoy my culinary handiwork and if I have an abundance or surplus with whom I might share it. It brings me as much pleasure and delight in creating in the kitchen as it does sharing the produce with others.

Ahhh thank you, mostly done, I have more elderberries so I will make elderberry syrup tomorrow. It’s the first time I collected berries and I might have been a bit too enthusiastic. I will be more moderate in my pickings next year.
