A Day of Peace , no War

As a holiday we could give away a day for other’s sake, wouldn’t that be heaven, take one day, a holiday set aside to truly embrace others, everyone. It could simply be called Sharing Peace Day where we would do no violence at all; and it would be compulsory for leaders to participate. 

What a fantastic idea! 
A Holiday 
is a holy day 
set aside 
for something special. 
Wouldn't peace be special? 
Something worth celebrating. 
And maybe one day 
could turn into 
two days 2^ {2}, four days 2^{4},  
sixteen,  
then 65536 is a power of 2^{16} 
pie in the sky. 
I wonder why
It's so difficult to love, 
so easy to hate, 
so difficult to overlook offense, 
easy to be selfish.

If we could give away a day 
for other's sake, 
wouldn't that be heaven? 
Take one day, 
a holiday, set aside 
to truly embrace others. 
It could simply be 
called Sharing Peace Day 
Where we would do 
no violence at all
and it would be compulsory 
for leaders to participate.

Otherwise off with their heads. 
Who said that! ?

    • Yes, my hope is people would desire to serve peace to one another but I also know that one cannot not get everyone to step in time. But I still live in hope. So you are right, we have to make it a personal aim. 🌹🙋‍♀️🎶

  8. (Isaiah 14:7 The whole earth now rests, free of disturbance. People cry out for joy.) That passage gives hope and assurance that the unrest that is taking place all over the world will soon end.
