Some things that fill me with joy.

Walking, seeing the billowing clouds marching across the landscape,
Sun on my back 
Birds in the hedge
Butterflies flitting from flower to flower
Rose-hips rusty red mixed with thistles lilac and prickly
River glistening the ripples in the sun
Gusty wind tugging at the leaves
Breathing deeply as I walk fast
Thinking, mind wandering over my life
As I think of creative ideas,
Painting, sketching, crafting... 
Deciding which I should do first,
These are some of the things that bring me joy.
My life is filled with joy-filled-moments.
There are so many 
But that doesn’t mean I 
I don’t experience dips and shadows.
The landscape of life 
Is filled with ups and downs,
Lows and highs.
Otherwise it wouldn’t be much of a landscape,
Just Flat lining along.
